What's the difference between the three models?
Fully managed: you own the kiosk and PrintMan operates it for you: installation, monitoring, paper, ink and maintenance. Partner maintained: PrintMan sets up the kiosk, printer and software, you take care of day-to-day maintenance, and PrintMan gets a share of the earnings. Owner run: PrintMan does the full setup and hands it over, you run everything, and PrintMan charges a one-time price.
Which model is right for me?
If you want a hands-off income, choose Fully managed. If you're on site every day and can refill paper and ink, Partner maintained lets you keep more of each print. If you want full control of the business, choose Owner run. Not sure? Send the form and we'll help you decide.
What's the difference between Big P and Cute?
Big P is the tall standing kiosk for lobbies, supermarkets and schools, and works with both Lightning and Lightning Pro printers. Cute is the small robot-style kiosk on one leg that fits a reception desk or a small shop.
Why can't Cute have Lightning Pro?
Lightning Pro uses large enterprise printers that need the room inside Big P. Cute is built around the compact Lightning printers.
Should I choose Document print or Photo print?
Document print suits places where people need forms, homework and ID copies. Photo print adds instant passport photos and glossy photo prints. If you want both, tell us in the form and we'll suggest the best setup for your location.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the model, kiosk size and printer speed you choose. Send the form and we'll share a quote for your location.
How do I earn, and how do I see my earnings?
Customers pay online through PrintMan for every print. You can track prints and earnings in your PrintMan partner dashboard.
What do I need at my location?
A spot for the kiosk (floor space for Big P, a counter or desk for Cute), a power point and an internet connection.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the kiosk, upload from their phone and pay by UPI, card or PrintMan credits. Files are deleted once they print.
What happens after I send the form?
We review your enquiry, call you to talk through your location, and visit the site. Once you confirm, we set up your kiosk.
